Key item features

  • High-Density EVA Material: Fitply water dumbbells are made of high-density EVA foam, designed for quick-drying and water-resistant use. Each swim dumbbell measures 10.6 x 5.6 x 5.6 inches.
  • Non-Slip Handles: Equipped with two large, reinforced PVC handle strips for a secure and comfortable grip during water workouts. The non-slip design supports stability and enhances exercise comfort.
  • Upper Body Training: These pool dumbbells use natural buoyancy and water resistance to support toning for the upper body and lower back. They provide low-impact exercise that is gentle on joints.
  • Ready-to-Use Design: These water exercise dumbbells arrive fully assembled for immediate use. Lightweight and portable, they are ideal for pool and aquatic fitness sessions.
  • Simple Maintenance: The hollow handle may collect water after use. Store the dumbbell upright to drain excess water. Residual water inside the handle is normal and does not impact performance.
  • Versatile Use: Suitable for teens, adults, and seniors. Ideal for pool workouts, water aerobics, rehabilitation, and low-impact aquatic fitness.
