We have a pair exactly the same in the kitchen drawer at home. This new one is for RV. I was surprised many years ago when we bought first pair, at how durable these are for many uses and many washes. Why mess up the counter or cutting board when you can cut things up as they cook?! Bacon, vegetables, etc.,etc., ad infinitum. Must have in kitchen.

These kitchen scissors are super high quality. I like that they come with a cover as a safety precaution for small children. They cut very easily and feel heavy duty.
