Great for breads

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Got it for my birthday! The Empire Red color is such a classic and I love it. I have been on a baking spree since and it makes baking so much simpler and enjoyable by doing a lot of the heavily lifting. I have made some high hydration doughs for breads and it did just fine, just make sure to not exceed 2 speed.

Fabulous machine

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have always wanted a kitchenaid mixer and decided it was time to make the big purchase. I am a baker in my 60's and have only ever used a hand mixer. It has definitely freed up time spend holding a mixer for those longer mixe. I do find it noisy but like the trade off.

It does everything!

We bought our KitchenAid Artesian stand mixer a couple months ago and are extremely satisfied with it and the attachment options it offers this allows us to get rid of a few other appliances and replace them with ones that are smaller and work better.
