So far it's doing great even with kneading tuff Pasta dough or German Dumpling dough. Cookie dough is walk in park for this machine. Did also make Baguettes with it. We see if it can handle the workload . I only have it since a week. But I'm very Pleased . I also love this cornflower blue.
