True Lemon Defend Your Wellness Citrus Blend Flavored Powder, 10 Ct. Drink Mix Packets

I was gifted the True Citrus Defend Electrolyte Drink, and I've really been enjoying the flavor. Since I travel a lot, it's important for me to stay hydrated and help keep my electrolytes balanced while I'm on the go. I like that it includes plant-based antioxidants from real fruit and green tea, which makes it feel like a clean and simple option for everyday hydration. Another big plus for me is that there's no added sugar. It's easy to mix into a water bottle and take along while traveling, hiking, or spending long days exploring. Overall, it's a refreshing way to support hydration while on the road.

I bought this for a trip to hopefully prevent catching anything. The flavor True Citrus is very accurate because I can taste orange, lemon and lime but not one overpowers the other. As with other True Citrus powders, the taste is very concentrated so I mix it with at least 32 oz. of water and even then it's pretty strong. Definitely keeps me drinking my water!
