As I have developed arthritis in my hand, especially fingers, I needed a new bread knife more sturdy than the one I have had for years. I am passing the old bread knife down to someone in the family as it is still good. I like this Orblue Serrated Knife as it is much larger and easier to slice bread with. It also comes with a sleeve to hold it if you need it so you will not cut other items in your drawer or stand. It is easy to hold and cuts and slices uniformly. It slices bread evenly and with little pressure from me. I am very, very happy with this bread knife and I hope it will last for years as my past bread knife.

Wife and I are amazed about all aspects of this Breadknife, quality, how it flows gracefully from one end to the other in fit and finish, we got the blue handle, a very beautiful knife, all for under 16.00, and it is almost too sharp to use :)
