Very pretty top

I originally purchased this top in my normal size Large in this brand, and found that because of the 'swing' style that it was too large, and the cotton or cotton-like fabric was stiff enough that it stands out around the hem. So, I ordered it in a size Medium, and I like the fit better. I like the way the Medium fits closer under my arms, and the straps don't feel like they're going to keep slipping off my shoulders. There is no lining on the top, like the skirt has, so it is slightly see-through. And, because of the neckline (front AND back), it isn't designed to be worn with a bra. My bra straps didn't show much on the front, but a lot of the bra was showing on the back because the neckline is lower on the back. If you want to wear a bra, you'll need a camisole or tank top underneath, or a light cardigan to wear over it. I am 5'3" tall, 175lbs. Measurements: 40x38x45. The top is very pretty, looks great with the skirt (a separate item). Because it is a cotton or cotton-like fabric, it is slightly wrinkled and may need ironing, if you want a crisp look.
