LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine, best invention ever!!! Works great as described, well made. I love the ice dispenser and that it gives the bigger pieces of ice, they work better in iced coffee drinks and sweet tea. I also LOVE the hot water dispenser, it is so nice to just put the cup up there for cocoa or get hot water for oatmeal and even to make my tea with, grandkids love it to make their ramen with. The cold water is great too, for filling up water bottles and just for a quick glass of cold water. Would highly recommend!!

The ice maker on our 3 year old refrigerator broke and was going to cost over $500 to fix. So we got this machine instead. We use the 3 gallon bottles and always have enough ice. It will make ice at night and it's pretty loud but I think we're used to it now. Looking forward to using the hot water this coming winter. We almost paid less for an ice maker you have to shovel the ice out of but this seems so much more hygienic.
