It's a great device but….

It's a great device and the heating feature works very well. The entire neck pillow heats up, and the warmth feels amazing on sore or stiff neck muscles, especially after sleeping wrong. However, I did find the neck pillow itself a bit uncomfortable to wear. Whether adjusted tight or loose, it put pressure on the back of my neck and became uncomfortable after a while. I actually preferred using it while laying on the couch with it open rather than wearing it upright. While the heating feature is excellent, I think traveling with it on a plane could be challenging because it wasn't very comfortable to sit straight up while wearing it. But REMEMBER We can't use it for therapeutic sessions. It also turned off after a few minutes But everyone is different, and everyone can use it differently Green- heats up the entire thing Blue- heats the sides Red- heats the back

my mom loves this thing!

this was for my mom. she has rheumatoid arthritis and is very old. she loves this. she swears it really relaxed the muscles that get so tight around her neck from an auto accident she was the victim of in the 1970s. between the 2 things, her neck hurts quite a bit and she said this really helped. anything that helps my mom be as happy as she was after wearing this for 20 minutes, I give 5 stars.
