Q1: Starter cord won’t pull.

A: This issue is usually caused by flooded engine. When starting, pull the choke down and tug the starter cord 3–4 times. Once you hear the engine sputter, push the choke back immediately. If you leave the choke closed, excess fuel floods the cylinder and makes the cord hard to pull. Drain extra fuel from the carburetor before restarting. All units are fully tested before shipment.

Q2: Chain brake not working.

A: Confirm whether the chain brake is stuck in locked position. Do NOT start the saw while the brake is engaged; forced operation may burn the brake plate. If the brake still malfunctions after releasing, please provide photos for further support.

Q3: The saw quits working, I think the ignition coil is faulty.

A: 1. Use fuel mixed at 25:1 (gasoline : 2-stroke oil). Incorrect ratio leads to unstable operation.
2. Check whether the engine is flooded due to improper choke operation.
3. Allow periodic cooling during continuous work to avoid overheating.

Q4: This chainsaw does not cut.

A: Please check if the chain brake is engaged. The chain will not rotate when the brake is locked. Release the brake before operation. Also confirm the chain is sharp and adjusted to proper tension.

Q5: The adjustment hole on the chain bar does not match the adjustment screw, and the chain falls off frequently.
