Patiobula Outdoor High Back Conversation Set,3-Piece Patio Wicker Swivel Glider Chairs Set with Side Table,All-Weather Rattan Chairs with 6-Inch Thick Removable Cushions for Porch, Pool,Brown/Gray

We are a disappointed with the set, from a durability, performance, and appearance perspective. First, I believe constructive feedback is beneficial so I will address several things that lead to this lower-than-expected rating. We have looked at many sources for a patio set including other online retailers and both high end retail stores and big box. We chose WalMart because of variety of patio furniture and its long-proven reputation balancing quality with fair pricing. First, the rocker/swivel assembly is very complicated. The instructions also suggest not to tighten bolts until all of them are installed. Once we had all the bolts in, we had to remember where they were so we could tighten them. We purchased the higher end option cushions, which were delivered and performed as represented. Once assembled, the design of the chairs appeared as presented in the photos, but the center table looks inferior. We knew immediately that we would have another expense to replace the end table with something more complementary to our decor. Worse, though, was how the mechanisms performed. Within the first few times using the swivel/rockers, the bolts started coming out while the chairs while in use! At first, it was just one bolt, washer, and locking nut, which we chalked up to us potentially missing during the tightening process. We repaired it and retightened all the other bolts on both chairs. A few uses later, we had another failure of two bolts which affixed the rocker hardware to the frame. This time, the person sitting in the chair felt the chair give way, and the chair listed toward to side where the bolts fell out. Luckily, he was able to catch himself and did not fall or get hurt. Rather than return the chairs at that time, we decided to make one more repair at our expense, using new bolts, lock washers, and nuts. We are hopeful to get at least some useful life out of them this season but will likely either donate or dispose of them.
