Received this item on Monday, and had it assembled and under power by Friday, with only 1 question in regards to assembly that was quickly answered by the DigMaster customer service team! The pictorial assembly instructions that came with it could have been a little better, and the assembly video DigMaster sent needed a little more detail and slowed down! Once I found the fuel shutoff, started and ran smoothly! Even got a little stick time in, but waiting for the real test after I get new fluids and greased! So far, I'm happy with the purchase. the machine was delivered faster than expected. the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. assembly time was close to 8hrs working at a slow pace. the machine seems to be very good quality many complaints seen on YouTube of other comparable machines have been corrected on this one. I'm still waiting for the hammer, rake, and pick. I've been notified that the rake, and pick are ruining approximately 15 day's late. no update on the hammer, but i assume it will arrive soon.
