Plano Elite Angled Tackle System 3600, Blue and Silver

I love these Tackle Boxes bc they hold a lots of individual jewels eithin them. In addition, you (Walmart) carry other plastic holders that fit perfectly eithin the side compartments that can house more jewels in them. See ladies, these an be useful for us, too!!

The item is pretty great. It was on sale for a great price! It has a ton of small sections that can be adjusted with Plastic tabs that you can move in and out as needed. I have two small issues with the item. %231 was that I ordered it twice and both times it came without the feet. I returned the first one and then the second one came without feet as well. After a few times with Plano support I was able to get some sent to me for free because they were missing twice. Their customer service is weird too. When I called, I never was able to speak to anyone. Eventually it would time out and have me leave a voice mail, or I was directed to contact them through their product website. I did receive contact, but it took a couple of days. Now something that could be an issue with box is that there isn't a lot of big space. Being able to organize all your stuff is great, but you can only put so much in the box. Some of the things I kept in my old box, such as full spools of line (i.e. 1700 yds or more), and many power bait bottles don't all fix in the box. Some do, but not all. There is some hidden space on the sides and top. Under the handle is where you can some of the larger things. So I'll have to be selective on the larger items I usually carry based on what kind of fishing I'm doing or take the second box and leave it in the car if I need it. In the end Customer Support did come through for me and took care of me. You might have to be a little patient with them. I'm going to give customer service a 4.5, not their fault, but someone needs to be responsible for not answering the phone ever, and I'll give the product 5 stars. You have to decide what's important to you when it comes to space.
