Bone health

I use it for bone health as I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis for awhile. I use several ancient nutritional products in my coffee everyday. While it's not the perfect solution it is a very important thing I'm doing for my health and I suggest it to all the people I know.

using both products daily keeps me inflammation...

I love to put this in my chamomile tea at night. It keeps my joints in great shape and keeps me active, just like your Ancient Nutrition Protein Powder I use every morning in my coffee. It's great!
