Damaged

I ordered two of these. While one is great, this one is damaged. I'm not sure what to do now that I didn't see the damage until assembly was complete. Do I disassemble to return and ask for a new table? This table also does not lineup correctly as you can see in the pictures. I'm afraid the areas missing the powder coat finish will rust.
