item arrive as described, was very well packaged to protect it. any issues we had we where able to get our questions answered from digmaster and they where very responsive to any message we sent them. the unit went to toghter very easily as we are mechanical inclined and where able to make sense of the directions. The direction are definitely not the most detailed but with the only videos we where able to get it toghter smootly. This unit will definitely be getting alot of use around here and is definitely worth the buy.

There were a few small issues. 1) No assembly instructions 2) One missing pin. On emailing customer service, they provided everything quickly, as well as tracking numbers of that, and of the attachments which are shipped separately. Note, that customer service appears to be in China, so the time zone is different than that of the USA. Not a problem, just maybe an extra day or half day for response time. I was very pleased with the quality and the customer service of this excavator - and of course that I could buy it so easily from Walmart.
