Gourmac Red Melamine Spoon 11"

I've used these spoons exclusively in my kitchen for over 30 years. They're durable rarely chip & of course do not absorb flavors & odors like wooden spoons. This style spoon has a nice flat edge for getting stuff scraped & stirred up from the bottom of pots. I order a new batch in all colors & replace my bouquet of spoons every 5 years because over time they lose their shine. My only complaint about this company is that they do not give a break on postage to people in Hawaii even when it says postage is free with minimum purchase on the website. I paid as much for postage as I did for a bunch of spoons.
