Time Flies While I'm Bouncing to My Favorite Tunes

This rebounder is quiet and sturdy. It allows me to work out at my pace and within my comfort zone. I use the T-bar to hold my phone or iPod. I haven't needed the bar much for stability, but it's good to have it there, just in case. I've found that bouncing while sitting with my feet on the floor is a core workout, if I want to do something different to work on my strength and toning. What's not to like? Low impact, quiet, easy to work out on according to your energy level and fitness goals. All in the privacy and comfort of my home. It's a 4-season piece of equipment. Time flies while I'm moving to my favorite songs. I'm quite pleased with this rebounder!
