Hi, I received my son's sweater, and it arrived with lint/fuzz balls all over it and looks like it may have already been worn or washed. I purchased it expecting a brand-new item, so I'm very disappointed with the condition. I also don't live close to Walmart, which is why I use Walmart delivery in the first place. Having to drive to the store to return an item that arrived in this condition would be very inconvenient. I would appreciate a refund or replacement without requiring me to make a trip to the store.
