hubby and i have a protien shake daily using body fortress along with ice, various fruit and peanut butter sometimes. the Body Fortress is the best tasting protien and has a whopping 60 grams per acoop where all others have 30 grams. it may seem costly. but you are using half the amount of the other powders. walmart has the best orice abd it is also consistently available. highly tecommend for a great breakfast that gives you high energy! im not hungry from 8am until after 2pm.

it tastes really good my favorite flavor by far but i've always get either strawberry or chocolate and for all the people that think vanilla might be a good option it really only goes well for mixes it with various flavors other than that vanilla is pretty bland but it honestly taste like your drinking strawberry milk

Previously purchased the Cookies and Cream product, but did not like the texture. Found the Strawberry flavor more acceptable. Same benefits, just different flavor. The taste is not a strong fruit taste but delicious. Recommend for a variety of this great product.
