This protein powder got subbed for the one I actually ordered and I was a little annoyed when my husband brought home the substitute. I was not even going to try it but for some reason I got convinced and it is SO yummy. I usually opt for plain whey protein isolate powder but this is going to be great if I'm feeling the need for something a little more “fun”. I prepped 2 scoop of this with milk and almond milk plus some frozen berries in my Ninja it it tasted like a milkshake. I prepped one for my daughter with a little heavy whipping cream and it was even more like a milkshake if you ever need some substitution ideas. I will say that this did make me a little bloated and gassy for whatever ingredient, but it's going to be worth it lol

bought this before had to have it again I make my own slim fast powder by adding in a bowl some of the whey powder with a box of sugar free pudding mix and some non fat dry milk powder dash of salt vanilla extract mix it put in container use frozen bananas or any kind of frozen fruit with almond milk dash of cinnamon can also put in some Greek yogurt blend away.
