Verified Purchase

TWO monitors, SAME quality issue.

Ordered one and the monitor picture was great for the price although there was a manufacturer defect down with the back panel being warped leaving a hole down the seam on the side. I contacted CRUA and was advised to buy an another monitor so I could then use that box to return the original one I had purchased. After a few days of back and forth I folded and purchased another monitor as the seller suggested. Well the second monitor came in and it has the same issue except this time the gap is down the entire side. How can this happen two times back to back? As if there is no quality control department and they just ship out whatever. I posted photos of both monitors I received.
