I live in Schertz, TX, FEDEX delivered to Avon, MN

I live in Schertz, Texas. My package was delivered to some house in Avon, MN. I called Walmart right away and they saw the photo that showed where it was delivered. They said they would refund my money back. This seller has not replied back to me from the message that Walmart sent them. I also had to call my bank to try to get my $173.91 funds back. Since my checking account was used and not a credit card, the bank seems to not care about the situation. I am not going to let the bank take their time about this. I am staying on top of Walmart to make sure I get my funds put back into my account. As far as this seller, they need to do what's right and reply back to resolve this.
