This item comes well packaged and secure. The manual is very short, both pics cover it. So this is a pretty simple setup. The longest part is the last step, just takes awhile to twist the last screws in. And over all that is kinda what you are doing period, twisting screws. But once the assembly is done, this stand is ready for desk enhancing action. ____ The materials are excellent, they feel solid and well made. And the room that is made on my desk to place things is wonderful. This stand is doing exactly what I was hoping for and then some. The only thing I need now is a larger cushion for my chair so I can sit a little higher. But no complaints here. If you are looking for a monitor stand, give this one a go. :-)
