Bad and not compatible.

I bought 4 packs 8ah battery and taught I got a good deal, but I can not charge the batteries properly on Milwaukee charger. The RED and GREEN light keep flashing back and forth indication that the battery is bad or too low to charge every time. Took several attempts by taking out and put it back in the charger to charge but at the end the red and green light starts to flashing again. Not sure should I return them and buy a genuine Milwaukee battery.
