I was hesitant about ordering this based on a few of the reviews and just the unknown. It is absolutely perfect! It was easy, although not fast, o put together. Following the instructions was easy. My husband put it together by himself with only a few times he let me hold something while he assembled. It is realistic looking, with even an option to have fire crackling sound. The heat works great. The overall noise level is low. We are very satisfied.

Beautiful and kicks out the heat
Shocked by the quality of this fireplace for the price. We got the black finish. It has a grain look to it so it has a nice finish. Assembly was easy with two people. It's a heavy piece of furniture. You can adjust the brightness of the flame and the thermostat with the remote. The fire has that kitschy feel, in a good way.

This product is FANTASTIC! Incredible value for what we paid. It is a heavy package as it arrives, so you will need a couple of able bodies to move it. And, it seems imposing as there are hundreds of pieceparts. However, this was very well packaged, instructions were great and everything fit BEAUTIFULLY. One of the least frustrating experiences I have ever had assembling something (just requires a little patience). And, best of all, it looks great and is performing perfectly. The fire is realistic and puts out heat. The unit is very sturdy and attractive. One of our best purchases ever!
