Outdoor Survival Signaling Mirror with Sighting Hole, Emergency Rescue Reflective Signal Tool, Multifunctional Whistle and Mirror Combo, Durable Acrylic, 1PC

Item was marked as delivered by Walmart, the seller %26 shipping company, but never arrived. Contacted Walmart who said to wait 2 days and try again. Waited 2 days, contacted Walmart and was told to wait another 2 days for the seller to reach out. Seller never reached out to me. Contacted Walmart a 3rd time, they finally looked into it and sent me the message that the seller sent to Walmart instead of me, asking them to reach out to me on their behalf (They never did until i contacted them first.) Supposedly the item was actually lost in shipping, but the seller never made any attempt to reach out to me or correct the mistake. After multiple back and forth conversations with customer service, Walmart had to refund me instead, with no option to replace it. Way too much hassle for a $2 item that the seller wouldn't notify me of shipping errors or offer to replace.
