Accurate within 2 degrees to monitor ambient tempe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good ambient temperature monitor. It feels well made, has easy to understand instructions, and is accurate within 2 degrees. It is a straightforward tool that you can use for cooking, or really anything else that you need to measure ambient temperature for. The display is large and easy to see. I'm not sure how long the battery lasts, but I would think it lasts a long time since it is a simple display. I would definitely recommend this product, especially due to the accuracy.
