Laptop 17.3'' FHD Intel Quad-Core N97 16GB DDR4 512GB SSD up to 3.6GHz with Windows 11PRO

First, I got the one with the AMD Ryzen 3 CPU. It's fast enough for everyday use. The screen is bright and sharp. Keyboard keys are light touch and not backlit. There is no RJ-45 network connection. WiFi only. No bloatware installed other than what Microsoft includes in Windows 11. Also no optical drive. I was setting it, installing software and Windows updates when it died during an update reboot. Completely dead. No lights or fan. Completely dead so I returned it to my local Walmart where the Customer Service person gave me a hard time. She said "This number on the box does not match the number on the laptop. You must return it to the manufacturer." WHAT?! I protested. Then she found a serial number label on the box that matched the laptop and they processed my refund. Seemed like a great deal until it wasn't. Also beware of laptops that brick. If you can't turn it on, you can't delete your files, data, and passwords. You're at the mercy of the person who repairs/refurbishes it.
