Very good baking mix

I was pleasantly surprised by this baking mix! It's super easy to use, and everything came out with a great texture and flavor. I love that it's gluten - free without tasting dry or gritty like some other mixes. It worked well for both sweet and savory recipes, making it really versatile. Delicious and Gluten Free

This gluten free flour made for the FLUFFIEST cake donuts. Easy to use and flavorful. Moist without being chewy. So tasty! I really enjoyed the texture of the flour when baking with it and it translated well to gluten free dupes of baked goods.

The BEST flour!

This product by Oatsome has me hooked forever! I made the best high-protein cottage cheese bagels with this flour and they were amazing. The flower is fluffy with a fresh smell Unlike other flours, mixes well in just about anything I've made, reliable for baking I need to go back to work, great packaging that seals easily, smells amazing and finishes great in the oven. The construction of this product.Is 10/10.
