False advertising. The uppers are not, in fact, genuine suede. however, the foot beds are. companies can legally label synthetic materials as genuine suede. look it up. genuine suede will stain when it gets wet. not these sandals. I spilled water in them, and it beaded up, and rolled off. additionally, if you have back problems, like myself, and need good, comfortable foot support, these aren't the one's for you. there is not enough memory foam in the footbeds, to provide that necessary support. these sandals are barely comfortable enough to get me through the day. but, I'm stuck with them. I can't afford the good brand, that begins with a "B". the B brand costs so much more, for a reason...because they're well made with the highest quality, sincerely genuine suede and leather materials. these? they're just cheap knock-offs. I'm a small woman, not overweight. so it's not weight that's causing these sandals to hurt my feet. it's simply the low quality of these sandals.

I loved these shoes. I was hoping so badly the width would be sufficient because I ordered 11 W. Well, the width was wide enough. I love everything else about the shoes but I have to return because they do not fit.
