great for kids/teens, shorter than expected, especially the back, overall good for what I'm using it for. says to let relax/fluff up for 3 days, which is a bummer but it is what it is. its funny how everything come rolled up in a box- which was a little crunched but item was fine

I never rate an item that I have not used or at least was able to view but I wasn't able to take out of the box due to sever box damage. I knew once I opened it I'd not be able to return. I didn't mind the delay, but there was no update on the tracking, when the box arrived it was soaken wet and torn on the bottom. The box clearly says to "stay dry' so I didnt' open it, just sent it in for a return. I will say, this brand was ordered because I had a lounge from them and it was great quality and comfortable. I also want to say, the description on the item does not match the product, must be a walmart issue. I did report that to chat but nothing has been changed.
