Quality is lacking
I purchased this for my 3 year old son. I do have 2 more sons 13 years and 10 years that I knew would want to play around this bed set with their younger brother. I specifically selected a set that had high weight limits, hoping to avoid any issues. The assembly is very time consuming, the instructions are difficult to understand at some points. Took 2 adults 3-4 hours for complete build. After it was built both my husband and I went up and down the stairs a few times to see if it was sturdy enough to withstand 3 boys. A day after it was built, sure enough my 3 sons went to play around the room. My 10 year old stepped on the stair set to go up the top, the first slat of wood cracked in half. Luckily nobody was hurt as his foot went right though the board. I immediately reached out to the seller to see about getting a replacement wood slat, of which I would have been more than willing to pay for. They immediately responded asking of pictures and product numbers. I immediately provided both, but they ceased responding after this. I have attempted to follow up multiple times without response. Very disappointed in the quality for the price as well as the customer service following the quality issues. Would not recommend.
