Iuhan 2Pcs Mini Deep Fryer With Basket, 304 Stainless Steel Small Deep Fryer, Multi-functional Cookware For Chicken Legs Fries Chicken Cutlets, Electric Countertop Oil Fryer For Home Kitchen

The Iuhan Mini Deep Fryer is a convenient size for preparing smaller portions like fries, chicken legs, or cutlets without using a full-size fryer. However, there is one significant concern. As the fryer heats up, the handle becomes very hot. This caught me by surprise and could potentially cause a burn if you aren't expecting it. I strongly recommend being very cautious when handling it and using appropriate heat protection. For a countertop appliance designed to handle hot oil, I would have preferred a better insulated or heat-resistant handle. The compact design is useful, but the hot handle is an important safety consideration.
