TP hook part falls off my Eva model Moen TP holder

We have four of these Eva TP holders , in brushed nickel, in our brand new home. Moen fixtures are in every bathroom and in the kitchen. The Eva TP holders hook has fallen off in three of the holders. Is there a way to fix, or are they all defective. Seems like I am not alone in the problem. Please help asap, this problem can be embarrassing when company comes.

Poor quality holder

Echoing my sentiments among others; arm dislodges from the base. Builder installed these with our new home in Sept 2025, and have been dealing with this ever since. Not the high quality we expected from Moen. Do Not Recommend

Faulty Product

We own 3 of these and we DO NOT recommend! The arm on the toilet paper holder falls out on all three of them and has been doing so for months. Is the arm missing a screw that holds it in place? It is very annoying to have the arm constantly fall out and crash to the floor. We cannot not find a solution that fixes the problem short of replacing all three devices. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.
