I bought a e bike that had a dead battery. For the last seven weeks I have been working with CBVELO. After many pictures and discussions they finally sent a battery. It did not fit. They have been sending me parts but none fit properly. I would like the battery that belongs in the bike. If that is not possible I want to return it for a refund. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! It is worthless to me as it sits. I am missing out on bike riding !!!!!
