Arshin Improve 4 Wheel Mobility Scooter is great for getting around safely and slowly. I got one for neighborhood use and I enjoy it. I do wish it was a little faster but understand it's for use around pedestrians so I guess I'm glad it's not. Slightly tricky to put together, but not bad....lots of great features for the price.
