Perfect for on the go!

I used this on my lower back and on my lower belly and both were so nice and warm. Definitely helped my pain go away. I usually use a heating pad for the pain and this is so convenient because I can wear it anywhere and out of the house!

I was honestly skeptical at first because I've tried everything for cramps, heating pads, ibuprofen, you name it. But I put one of these on before bed and actually slept through the night for the first time during my period in years and it stayed warm way longer than I expected. Definitely going to order more
