this is a great little watering can for seedlings and for plants the spout has a little holes in it so it's not gushing out all at once and spilling over the edge. You can gently water seedlings and plants so the dirt doesn't come out. I love the measurements on the side so when I want to fertilize, I can tell how much I need for that amount of water. Everything arrived perfectly. It was in an envelope with bubble wrap; this is the second one I've ordered and it wasn't cracked or broken and had all the parts. I love the color the dark smoky gray. You have to turn the black attachment (1 of 2) upside down on the spout and then screw it onto the container. There aren't instructions with it, but it's pretty easy to figure out. I bought one for Christmas for my daughter.; she loved the smoky gray also. It's very sleek and not like those plastic bulky things it small size makes it nice for indoor use and for storing..OH! DONT PUSH THE SPOUT ON TOO TIGHT or the water will only dribble out, not come out like in a gentle spray

Excellent customer service. 1st watering can was missing the spout, credit to my account and a 2nd watering can arrived in the mail about a week later. Long spout to get those small pots or full foliage.
