This is a great sleeper sofa for a small space. It had a strong smell when first opened but we put on balcony to air out while cushions expanded and then it was fine. Assembly took a little over 2 hours with 2 people building it. Our main issue was with delivery and the seller not following directions given at purchase and then not responding to our contact requests. Delivery changed to earlier than my son was moving in and they wouldn't update it, so driver dumped it at the base of stairs and thankfully it was still there several days later when we were moving in (which is date it was originally supposed to be delivered). It was stressful but turned out ok.
