Super application to remotely monitor temperatures

works great to remotely monitor temperature in my home. I have it set to send an alarm if my sunporch gets above 82 degrees, especially if one of my cats is in that sunporch. and it can be monitored anywhere you have internet access. So if I get an alarm ( set to alarm if the temp gets above 82 degrees) I can remotely lower the temperature via another application I have which communicates with my thermostats.
