Comfortable chair but arrived dirty

I think this chair is pretty comfortable now that it is together, but I had some issues with the condition it arrived in. When I opened it, the headrest area had some stains and looked dirty. It felt like it had been sitting in a warehouse for a long time because there was actually dirt inside the little baggies where the parts were kept, not just on the outside box. The assembly also wasn't the easiest. Some of the parts were pretty tough to lock in and get into place. Overall, it's a nice chair for sitting, but the packaging was messy and putting it together was a bit of a struggle. If you buy the white one, just be ready to maybe have to wipe it down right out of the box.
