Love that the sourdough bowl is silicone!!! Love the cast iron pan, I always coat with extra oil to season again and again is how it really becomes very non stick of repeated coating in oven or stove. Oil has to be spread very thin with paper towel each time or gets gunky. Love this set! It's awesome! Comes with everything you need except a glass jar you make sour dough in. Best set for most. One can use any old jar with an elastic band to see rise of sour dough. It's gonna make awesome sourdough bread which is healthy for the family. A great investment in your health! No non stick pfas here nor toxins when baking. Sour dough probiotics make it easier to digest. Quality set. Inside of cast iron bread pan is slightly micro bumpy so it needs additional seasoning, but parchment paper with sides cut off so it doesn't overlap edges, should make it easier to slip out the first few times before multiple seasoning. Haven't tried it yet, but that is the plan. Good luck and enjoy this set with good health
