The Hat I Never Got
Walmart sent me an email telling me that the hat I ordered had arrived. I had no reason to doubt it since the other two items I ordered arrived as stated. But the cap was nowhere to be found. It said it was delivered by USPS on the 10th of July but it wasn't at least not to this address. It was not in the mail box, not on the porch, not in the bushes and not at the neighbors. The Walmart app just made the assumption that it had been delivered. I could set up a return but I can't let you know that it actually didn't arrive. The chat function is unmanned and nonfunctional. A note to the vendor went unanswered. My only option to get your attention is this bad review of a product I have never seen. It was only a $6 hat so I am glad I didn't order anything more expensive.
