Totally lightweight gym in a box or bag

I finally grabbed a 10-piece resistance band set, and I'm honestly kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The range of resistance levels is awesome—you can go super light for warm-ups or stack them up when you actually want to feel the burn. They take up a small amount of space, so no more excuses about not having room for gym equipment. If you're looking to add some variety to your routine without turning your living room into a storage unit, this is the way to go. Total staple for any home workout or on the go if traveling. My only complaint is that the band don't have the amount of weight stamped on them but other than that they're wonderful for my workout.

Very good product, different strengths for different bands marked on each color. I love that. There's so much variety of exercises that you can do with each one. I love the carrying bag to put all of these bands in. I love the insert that comes with the product that tells you the different types of exercise exercises that you can do with the bands. This is a quality product and I highly recommend it.
