this blanket so to speak, was surprisingly heavier than I thought it would be, which is a good thing. but during nights this summer we've had temperatures already in the triple digits and it really does help you cool down at night if it starts to feel warm which would be unusual, you just fluff up the sheet and it's cool again. definitely worth the money if you're on the fence about it I'd say try it out you'll like it too!

Where do i start? This is an amazing “blanket”, if you can call it that. There's nothing warm about it. Silky smooth and 1000% breathable. I'm usually hot, cold, hot, cold, hot, cold, hot, cold-you get the idea-at night. The first night (I'm embarrassed i didn't even wash it first) i slept with it, i slept HARD. It feels like it's barely there. If you get warm, just lift it up a bit and it comes back down nice and cool… every time. Very well-constructed. About a half an inch “brocade” around the edges. Btw, it's two layers. Think quilt, but without the intermittent ties across it. The beautiful, wide-stripe design perfectly matches with Egyptian cotton sheets. I'm seriously telling every person i know about this “blanket”. I've since washed it. (Didn't want to leave this review until i saw how it fared.) Still perfect. I have a small, plastic washer which i purchased from TEMU. It fits just fine. It doesn't soak up mega gallons of water like those throws you buy around Christmastime. It doesn't hold water. Maybe that's part of its magic. Buy this. There's no possible way you'll be disappointed. It'd make a fabulous gift for the hot sleepers in your life. I'm buying another for my son.
