Key item features

  • High-Density Material Design -- At ASHIP, we understand that a denser treadmill mat supports greater weight. That’s why the ASHIP treadmill mat is engineered with ultra-high density, offering ten times the durability of standard workout mats. It withstands heavy exercise equipment without creasing—even after prolonged use—effectively protecting your floors and extending equipment lifespan by 5 to 10 years, preventing damage caused by direct floor contact.
  • Multi-Size Foldable Design -- Designed to be larger than most, the ASHIP exercise mat comes in two thoughtfully selected sizes (6×2.6 feet and 5.6×2 feet), ideal for a wide range of equipment. Unlike rigid mats, it folds compactly to just 12.2×10 inches and only 3.6 inches thick, making storage and cleaning effortless after your workout.
  • Triple-Layer Anti-Slip Structure -- For high-intensity equipment workouts and floor exercises alike, stability is key. That’s why the ASHIP mat features three specialized layers: a textured top surface for increased resistance, a sturdy anti-slip grid mid-layer, and a high-density core for secure grip on hard floors. This design keeps the mat firmly in place, allowing you to move confidently without slipping or shifting—the perfect foundation for safe home workouts.
  • Cushioning & Noise Reduction -- With a balanced thickness of 0.24 inches, the ASHIP mat provides just the right cushioning for comfort, even over carpet. Its dense construction absorbs vibration and reduces noise caused by equipment-floor contact, so you can train intensely without disturbing others—making every workout more peaceful and enjoyable.
  • Safe, Easy to Clean & Maintain -- The ASHIP treadmill mat is CA65-certified, free from harmful substances. Its water- and oil-resistant coating allows for easy cleaning—simply wipe with soapy water. For best results, wipe down after each session. A quick note: you may notice a faint new-product scent upon opening, which dissipates quickly with proper ventilation.

Protects floors

This mat is durable, and provides protection for my floors under exercise bike. It stays in place without slipping and helps reduce noise and vibration. It is on the thin side as you can see in the pictures.

Sturdy mat

We used these exercise mats to cover the doorway where garden equipment and heavy wheels frequently pass. They are sturdy, easy to clean, and hold up well under heavy rolling traffic without becoming bumpy or damaged. Overall, we're very satisfied with their durability.

Foldable Treadmill Mat, 68''x24'' High Density

This mat is thick heavy duty rubber. It folds into squares. It's all one piece. There are indentations around the rubber square pieces so it just folds up neatly. I got it to put my treadmill on it. The treadmill has an electric motor. I have mid to high pile carpet and I didn't want the treadmill picking up fibers or damaging the carpet. The mat unfolds and lays flat on the carpet, it's heavy enough so that the carpet doesn't cause warping. The treadmill sits on it with no problems and there's an air space between the treadmill bottom and the mat. There is no slippage or bouncing. Works great very happy with the mat.
