I previously owned 2 Budge car covers and they do a good job of protecting my vehicle from all of the elements but the rain does find it's way underneath on any of the covers I have purchased and that's not a big issue for me since I wipe down my car often. The biggest problem with all of the covers from Budge is that in a year it loses all of its layers and it sheds white flakes all over the car and before one year the elastic becomes stretched and the cover becomes too big for the car. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

This car cover was really very nice. The construction of it was great. The reason I had to return it was I didn't know that 1. You couldn't put it on a wet car and if you put it on when the temperature was 32° or below the cover would form ice between the car and the cover making it impossible to remove the cover as it could rip. I work at a ski resort and wanted to place the cover when I got to work. Couldn't because my car was wet. Second they make snow below 32° so the cover would be stuck to my car. I leave around 10pm and can't sit there till it thawed out.
