Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on July 7, and it showed as delivered on July 27, but I never received it. My blazer is still missing, and when I contacted customer service, I was told I couldn't get a refund because the item was shipped from China. That's completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to pay for an item they never receive, regardless of where it ships from. I expected much better service from Walmart. I won't be ordering online again!
