These are a really solid pair of shoes. The fit was right on, which is always a relief when ordering online. No guessing or sizing up needed, they just worked the way they should right out of the box. The comfort is what stood out the most. They’re lightweight and easy to wear for longer periods without any complaints. They also look really nice. Simple, clean style that works for everyday wear without trying too hard. The material feels decent too, not thin or flimsy, and they seem like they’ll hold up fine with regular use. Overall, I think these are a great option. Comfortable, true to size, and good quality for what you get. Definitely worth the price. Big name quality with better value!

We broke our cardinal rule: Never order shoes online. We’ve always put shoes in the elite category of items that you have to purchase in person. You learn in life that a cute style or a size number on the box does not always fit your feet well. Yet, something about these shoes just struck us to try them. They were cute. They were offered in our size. They got decent reviews. Were we wrong about online shoes? Yes. Our first mail-order shoes turned out to be very nice. We love the color and the style. (The upside-down name brand swoosh is clever, yet subtle.) Most importantly, they actually fit our feet! The first thing we noticed out of the package was that they’re regular sneakers with real laces to tie. Yay! The description talks about “easy pull on and take off” and “no struggling with tight laces.” And the product images don’t show any tied laces. So we were expecting to try (for the first time) those kind of shoes we’ve seen that have elastic laces that stay in place and supposedly just stretch out to let your foot slide in and out. That’s weird to us, but we were willing to give them a shot. Instead, we were happy to receive normal shoes with normal laces. The rest of the description is pretty accurate when it talks about the lightweight mesh, the low-top design, and the padded collar for the ankle. Yes, the shoes are extremely lightweight. The sole looks like a one-piece mold, as opposed to layers of rubber seen in other athletic shoes. Also, the clear window in the rear sole is rubbery, so that gives some shock absorption. One never knows how long shoes will last because it depends on how hard the wearer is on them, but the construction of the shoes seems good to start. As far as fit, we’d say that they fit true to size. We just put on regular socks, laced ‘em up, and went for a test walk. Our feet feel well situated on the bright orange insoles. What we always worry about with new shoes is the big lump in the arch. No worry here. These are flat enough to be comfortable. We also have to be able to pull in our toes and wiggle them. No problem there. The toe area is big enough. The heel also feels like it fits well and doesn’t slip. We’re pretty pleased with the shoes overall. We may reconsider our position on ordering shoes online because of this experience. The only other point to mention is that the shoes had a strong odor on arrival, so they are in ventilation quarantine before we’ll wear them full time.
