Great for neck and shoulders

This pillow has eliminated my minor neck and shoulder strain. It took me almost a week to break it in by using it just a few hours a night. It also takes a while to get used to the different positions from side to back sleeping but once you get used to it, the pillow is super comfortable and takes away any stiffness or strain that might be in the neck or shoulders. I wish it eliminated snoring but it doesn't. However if you are looking to improve your sleeping posture it is a great purchase.
